                                      Landscapes from Florence
                                My all things art trip to Italy was amazing!
I'm have painted a series of larger studio paintings inspired by the work during my summer art marathon painting plein air, drawing from the model and art history every day in Italy. 

The last time I met Tony Bennett was at the opening for "Savannah Sketchbook" which had 3 of my paintings published in the book and Tony had written the forward. We ran in to each other at the Florence Academy. Working artists!
                              
Standing in the Arno River painting the Ponte Vecchio and Vasari Corridor, driving a dusty suv up through olive groves looking for the perfect view to paint-- it was an artist's dream-- working in the land of Leonardo D' Vinci and Michael Angelo. This all kicked off the new larger landscape series I will be working on this fall and winter.

I am excited to announce my first Fine Art Collector's Print  was delivered this week and are now available to order. (Online Print Collections for more info ) Amazing fidelity to my original painting and the color is mouthwatering. I went for museum quality-- it was worth the wait.
